It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's sovereign will that we announce the passing on of Luseno Zizasiawele Nassiuma Kamau, which occurred on the 20th March 2026 at MP Shah Hospital.

Beloved wife of Dr. Lincoln Kamau Kiarie (PhD) and loving mother of Lemuel Kamau, Luke Kamau, Lennox James Kamau, Livingstone Kamau and Lulu Kamau.

She was the daughter of Professor Dankit Nassiuma (Chancellor, Moi University) and Elizabeth Nassiuma. Sister of Zihanwa Nassiuma, Rebbea Nassiuma, the late Joshua Nassiuma, Isaiah Nassiuma and Esther Nassiuma.

Granddaughter of the late Paul Nassiuma, the late Rebah Nassiuma, the late Professor Gregory Maloba and Beatrice Maloba.

Daughter-in-law of the late James Kiarie and Esther Wambui. Sister-in-law of Edward Mwangi, Regina Ngendo and Raphael Gathecha.

Luseno was a niece, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, the 26th of March, 2026 at Chrisco Church Woodley from Ipm - 5pm. The burial date is set for 28h March 2026 in Gituru village, Kandara sub-county, Murang'a county.
